Thought I'd give an update. Been taking it easy. It's been an epic few weeks....two trips to the hospital with high blood pressure, two weeks of bed rest, a serious case of PUPPS (which I don't wish on my worst enemy), a 8 pound weight gain in a week (you should see my feet!), and a severe chest cold.
But you know...it's all going to be worth it. I'm planning on doing it one more time, despite being in the throes of all the ickiness currently. And here's why....check out those cheeks!
Baby already outweighs big brother Hank at birth by 3 pounds. As for delivery, I have a c-section scheduled soon, but not soon enough. :) Only thing to do when your OB ignores your begging and pleading for an early delivery is to say screw it all and go out and have some fun anyway. Photo taken last night. You can tell my "give a damn" is seriously busted if I'm willing to go out in public in an overstretched bikini and a men's t-shjrt. Completely worth it.
Before everything went right in the crapper, I did get some pregnancy photos taken. Love having these...wish I had done it with Hank. And that my friends, is that. Matt promised to sit on the couch and rub my feet for me. Going to take him up on his offer:).
These pictures are so wonderful Erin :)

ReplyDeleteErin, I can so relate to that video you posted of your hubs before Hank came a long. And I found it so hilarious that I MUST post it on my blog where I put all my parenting stuff. With your permission, of course. You giggling in the background along with your sweet dear husband had me dying with laughter! That SO sounds like John and I!!
