The only thing I'm used to writing that ends up on the refrigerator is a grocery list, so I'm flattered that a few on-the-fly rah rah-isms I wrote ended up on a few of your's. I'm going to get an over inflated sense of self if ya'll keep it up. :) That would be bad. Good thing I've got dirty diapers and an invasion of stink bugs to keep me honest. Hard to be highfalutin when one is playing bug dispatcher and coroner all day long.
On to another card. A girlfriend is having a birthday. And is getting this beaut and some PTI love in the mail from me. She's a big baker, so it's Everyday Treats and matching dies for her. Lucky girl. The card isn't just a card either. It's packaging for a yard of Hawaiian Shores ribbon and four Simply Chartreuse buttons for her to use. Sentiments from Friendship Jar and Studio Style. The spool card die cut from Silhouette inspired the whole thing. Especially like it stamped with PTI's Background Basics: Woodgrain. Makes it look more realistic. And don't you wish your microtips came polka dotted? I do. Also a Silhouette cut.
Have a nice afternoon. I'm off to the store to get some eggs. I've got a whole bowl of rotting bananas just waiting for me. Making a couple loaves of this. Hank is a wee bit obsessed. (Thanks for the potty training advice btw).
This is SO cool!!

ReplyDeleteHi Erin! Love the card. Just wanted to let you know that you can freeze your over ripe bananas if you don't have time to bake banana bread right away. The only problem with doing this is I usually wind up with a lot of bananas in my freezer. LOL!
ReplyDeleteLOVE THIS! Makes me want to go out and buy a Silhouette right this second! The woodgrain kicks it up a serious notch...and I love how you wrapped the ribbon on it...and the 4 pack of buttons, sooooo cute!
