As for my project, I had the delightful assignment of using the new Spectrum set. It brought back memories of being a 8 year old girl playing with My Little Ponies. I was obsessed!
This set features rainbows, stars, clouds, and a unicorn. It is a little girl's dream. I was curious about making a "bendy card", having seen some cut files at the Silhouette Store. I used this sloped one. I love shaped cards and how they refresh my creativity.
On this particular card, I chose to build it from three different shades of aqua blue. I lined the edges with the large cloud from the Spectrum set. On the back panel, we've got the castle from Royal Cuteness nestled in the clouds. To add to the magical scene, I cut, stamped, and colored the unicorn and the rainbow from Spectrum and added those to the front panel. The sentiment is from last month's Headliners. Perfect for my little girl. I have it up on her bookshelf.
Hope you have a magical day. Thanks for stopping by!
