Teacher Appreciation Week is in May. May also brings flowers, spring, and renewal. Why not tie the two themes together? Seeds of Knowledge is a teacher appreciation set designed around gardening and flowers. You'd be surprised with how well the two come together.
All these images are from Seeds of Knowledge. The flowers were stamped twice. Stamped once and turned a few degrees and stamped again without re-inking. And then you have an additional detail with the dot stamps. Lots of fun to have here.
A rustic watering can spills out water on the flowers as well.
The inside sentiment (which would be great on the front too) is stamped on Lexi's new Pencil Me In Paper, reinforcing both the gardening and teaching theme. YAY!
Lots more to come. Thanks for stopping by and seeing what I had to share.
Seeds of Knowledge stamp set and dies available April 15th at www.papertreyink.com if you are interested in adding it to your collection and making some garden teacher-themed projects .

Very sweet Teacher card, the flowers, dots, adorable watering can and the sun are very Spring-like and cheery!
ReplyDeleteI love this card, and I'm always looking for new ways to encourage my eldest daughter who is a teacher! It isn't always easy teaching these days.

Set sold! This card is amazing in every way. The graphic sensibility of the elements is spot on, and one that is not used often in the PTI line. (I love this folk-art style.) The composition and the color palette on this card is TOO FANTASTIC! Really. I wish I could stop looking at it, and move on....but not yet. I know there are too many toys in my craft room, and I've sworn off adding new items, BUT, rules are meant to be broken. Whoopee.
ReplyDeleteWonderful concept! Love your sweet card today, Inside and out!
ReplyDeleteGreat designs. Love the spring flowers and the cute little watering can.
