Pot o' Gold

So what are ya'll doing for St. Patty's? I think I'm buying the kids a box of Lucky Charms and maybe turning the furniture upside down a bit from the wee folks visit. But we'll see. Gone are the days with the pitchers of beer and  my "Erin-Go-Braless" t-shirt:). Yes, those were the days!

Here's another Luck of the Irish card. This one is for the nephew. Anybody have the Martha Stewart punch of the witch stirring the cauldron? That cauldron can come in handy as a pot of gold when cut away from the rest of the shape. Also picked up some cheapie $1 shamrock stamps from Studio G because I liked the houndstooth one. Used it with the new Simply Chartreuse ink and was impressed with the ink performance. Usually, those stamps don't impress well. Aqua Mist patterned paper collection, the rainbow from Up, Up, & Away, and the die from Ad Sense (for my gold) round out today's offering.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Darling card, Erin! I, too, am an Erin & I have always liked St. Paddy's day. :-)

I am impressed with the image you got from your Studio G stamps... I never would have guessed they are cheapie $1 stamps. I have a few & I should try them with my new PTI ink... which I love!

    Thanks for sharing.

  2. Super card, and how fun to be celebrating St. Patty's day. My kids favorite leprechaun trick was when the water in the toilet turned green.
