Limited Ingredients Challenge

This hour with Papertrey Ink's Stamp-A-Faire, we are creating projects using a limited and very specific number of supplies. They include:

  • white cardstock
  • white or transparent glitter
  • 1 3/4" circle punch or die
  • 1" strip of Soft Stone cardstock
  • Melon Berry cardstock and ink
  • Aqua Mist cardstock and ink
  • Harvest Gold cardstock and ink
  • neutral ink (grey, black, etc)
  • any stamp set in your arsenal...a saving grace!
Other than that, nothing use was allowed. What I wouldn't have done for some dies or a button, let me tell ya!

In the end, I think it turned out great. I turned a birthday sentiment from Inside/Out: Birthday II into a wedding sentiment by stamping a just a few appropriate lines onto cardstock strips. Interest was added using some chevron designs from Live Love Life. In between the strips, I added clear glitter with Scor Tape. A heart stamped from Tag-its#11 and cut with Limitless Layers 1 3/4" Circles adds some interest to what otherwise would be a too linear design.

I love it. Really I do. But I just might be adding a button in Melon Berry to the heart when this is all said and done. HA!

What are you making this hour? Can't wait to see.
